Fridamania, an auction art piece for the Mexi Arte Museum .  This is a yearly auction that I take part in for promote the outstanding Museum and its outstanding shows. A mixed media with beads, lace and acrylic on a 12 x 12 board.

W                      WOMEN'S RIGHTS 2017  by Sally Fraser Looking at this acrylic abstract in my studio the day before the march on the State Capitol in Austin, Texas , it hit me with the title of this pink 40 x 30 acrylic abstract on wrapped canvas. It has all the energy of the women's rights. Happiness, freedom, wholeness, and the right to choose . An oil and cold wax painting done with the pallet knife as it is one of my favorite tools.  Instead of an up and down piece of pottery I decided to cock the pottery to give it a more playful presence with very textured cactus and a colorful abstract background. I recently made it more dramatic with bolder colors as accents. 14 x 11 on canvas. www.sallyfraserfineart.com           sngfraser @gmail.com
